Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns after delivery.

However, if an error occurs on our end—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged
product—we will gladly issue a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within

5 business days of receiving your order, along with photo proof and your order number, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
